Helicos has developed Single Molecule Grade reagents and buffers that meet our exact specifications, and have been rigorously tested and certified for use on the HeliScope™ Sequencer.
Currently, two different tSMS Reagent Kits are available:
- tSMS Reagent Kit for GSS™ (K-GSSA)
- tSMS Reagent Kit for Sequencing (K-MPSA)
