Helicos’ Single Molecule Grade reagents and buffers have been rigorously tested and certified for use on the HeliScope™ Sequencer.

tSMS™ Reagent Kit (K-SMSA)

The tSMS™ Reagent Kit contains all the components necessary for carrying out  single molecule sequencing applications on the HeliScope™ Single Molecule Sequencer. The kit includes:

• A proprietary polymerase and fluorescently labeled nucleotide combination for single molecule sequencing-by-synthesis
• Formulations for imaging single fluorescent molecules
• Other reagents and buffers for washing between various steps in the sequencing cycle
• Two precision tSMS flow cells
• HeliScope Sequencer maintenance kits
