The Helicos™ Genetic Analysis System is the first  true direct DNA measurement technology platform  available to leading genomics researchers. The HeliScope™ Single Molecule Sequencer, the world’s first DNA Microscope™ instrument, provides superior throughput to open new research avenues, increases site productivity and dramatically reduces the time for completing complex genomic experiments. Novel reagent packaging and intuitive software provide for easy operation, automated tracking of consumables, and overall management of the System. The HeliScope™ Analysis Engine provides extensive computing power for near real time image analysis and to eliminate waiting for data. It comes standard with 28 terabytes of data storage. A web application supports remote monitoring and administration of the System.

Helicos tSMS Genomic Signature Sequencing (GSS)™ Reagent Kit – K-GSSA $18,000 USD
The tSMS™ reagent kit for GSS contains the reagents and consumables necessary for performing Genomic Signature Sequencing on the Helicos Genetic Analysis System.

Includes: tSMS Reagents, (2) 25 Channel Application-specific Flow Cells, Sample Loading Solutions, System Maintenance Kit, and GSS Specific Reagents.

 

Helicos True Single Molecule Sequencing (tSMS)™ Multi-Pass Reagent Kit – K-MPSA

The tSMS™ reagent kit for sequencing contains the reagents and consumables necessary for performing high accuracy sequencing applications on the Helicos Genetic Analysis System.
Includes: tSMS Reagents (for two pass sequencing), (2) 25 Channel Application-specific Flow Cells, Sample Loading Solutions, System Maintenance Kit and Multi-Pass Sequencing Specific Reagents.
