The HeliScope™ Sample Loader is a simple and robust bench top instrument used to hybridize samples to precision flow cells in preparation for the sequencing run.  The Sample Loader performs all fluidic operations required to prepare flow cells for sequencing, including rehydration, sample loading, hybridization and washing.  The Helicos® Genetic Analysis System includes two Sample Loaders, enabling you to maximize efficiency by processing up to 50 unique samples simultaneously, in less than 5 hours.  The ability to prepare all flow cells in parallel helps ensure uniform process conditions and data consistency.
